Steve joined the MATRI-X team as a consultant early in 2006, with the express purpose of helping Doug & Kian realize their dream of expanding MATRI-X.

Over the course of the past year, Steve has worked intensively with Kian & Doug to develop and design our website, to plan our organizational development and to create systems in MATRI-X that have facilitated our recent growth. He has even attended a couple of MATRI-X trainings and was able to conduct extensive interviews with our graduates that have proved invaluable in prompting change and growth within MATRI-X.

Steve has an extensive and eclectic background, but as of late has worked at an executive or consultant level with various organizations facing rapid growth or change. If you ever experience any technical difficulties with the MATRI-X online store or web site, he is probably the person that will be working with you.
